Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel and footwear. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Reebok packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags are present, and securely attach the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
